Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive desktop support for both Windows and macOS environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist with system updates, user account setup, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and contribute to IT projects.
- Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and implement best practices for system protection.
- Support networking fundamentals, printers, and peripheral device troubleshooting.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring end-users receive timely and effective resolutions.
✅ Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support experience.
✅ Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows/macOS environments, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
✅ Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and experience troubleshooting printers and peripheral devices.
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively assist end-users.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
✅ Relevant IT certifications are preferred, such as:
- CompTIA A
- Microsoft Certifications (MCSA, MCSE, MD-100, etc.)
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) (preferred for macOS support)
