Job Title : Senior React UI LeadOverview :

The role of Senior React UI Lead is critical to our organization as it involves leading the development and maintenance of user interfaces, ensuring optimal user experience, and driving the technical direction of the UI development team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the UI development team in designing and implementing user interfaces using React.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction and user experience.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to UI development and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the UI development team.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the frontend architecture and technical design decisions.
  • Work closely with product managers and designers to understand the requirements and provide technical insights.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Lead UI Developer or a similar role.
  • Expertise in ReactJS and its core principles.
  • In-depth understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors.
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience with UI / UX design and wireframing tools.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in defining and implementing frontend architecture and design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and advancements in UI technology.
