Job Overview:
Pro-Klean Cleaning and Restoration Services Inc, a family-owned and highly respected Insurance Restoration Contractor, is seeking a skilled Repairs Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for writing accurate and detailed Xactimate estimates, collaborating closely with Project Managers and Coordinators, and maintaining open communication with customers and insurance carriers. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate Xactimate estimates for restoration and repairs.
- Work alongside Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure estimated accuracy.
- Maintain clear communication with customers and insurance carriers throughout the estimation process.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, insurance guidelines, and company policies.
- Utilize Crawford and Alacrity programs (preferred but not required).
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries professionally.
- Stay up to date with construction best practices, materials, and costs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Xactimate experience (required).
- Strong background in construction and restoration estimating.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with insurance mitigation and industry programs such as Crawford and Alacrity (preferred).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check (required).

Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Some on-call availability may be required based on project demands
Work Location:
- Connecticut-based position with local travel to job sites as needed.
