Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage insurance restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish.
- Work closely with Estimators and Coordinators to ensure accuracy in scope, cost, and execution of repairs.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, insurance carriers, and subcontractors throughout the project.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and labor to meet project deadlines.
- Perform site visits, inspections, and progress reports to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Utilize Xactimate and other estimating software to manage project costs and insurance claims.
- Manage and document work orders, job progress, and final walkthroughs with clients.
- Ensure adherence to insurance restoration industry standards and best practices.
- Address customer concerns and resolve project-related issues professionally.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Construction Project Management (specifically in Insurance Restoration).
- Familiarity with Xactimate (2 years preferred) and insurance restoration estimating tools.
- Experience with Crawford and Alacrity programs is a plus.
- Strong understanding of insurance claims, restoration processes, and building codes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and insurance carriers.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Must be able to pass a background check conducted by a third party.

Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Some on-call availability may be required based on project demands
Work Location:
- Connecticut-based position with local travel to job sites as needed.
