We are seeking a highly motivated and trustworthy individual to join our team as an Janitor/Office Cleaner. Our personable Janitors/Pro-Office Kleeners are responsible for cleaning office spaces, restrooms and classrooms Monday - Friday, ensuring buildings are safe, clean, and ready for operations. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long term.
Qualifications: Candidates must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Have valid Driver's License;
- Reliable Transportation;
- Pass the pre-employment background check;
- Have an operational mobile device;
- Be able to lift 40 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods of time, bend and stoop.
Skills: Dependable, detail-oriented, time-management, self-motivated, willingness to learn
Essential Responsibilities:
- Use common cleaning tools and outdoor power equipment.
- Organize cleaning supply closet and store all supplies and tools.
- Fill out cleaning and maintenance checklists using Swept mobile app
- Lock all doors at the end of shifts.
- Follow safety rules and precautions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
