Position Title: Operations Supervisor
Reports To: Operations Manager
Supervises: Team Members
Qualifications:
Candidates must have a passion for fulfilling the mission, vision, and principles of Pro Kleen Solutions and must reciprocate the same to others.
Candidates must successfully pass the pre-employment background inquiry and annual motor vehicle check with a valid driver’s license.
Skills: Must display strong, adept leadership skills. With this, candidates must be strategic planners, detail oriented, self motivated, amicable, exercise & establish strong communication (written and verbal) with others. Candidates must be adept in problem solving as well as management responsibilities.

Essential Responsibilities:

Supervisor Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
- Training, Coaching and developing employees (cleaners)
- Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly
- Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
- Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
- Monitoring the Team’s Communication App
- Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties
Job Site Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Cleaning and stock restrooms.
- Ensure doors are locked after hours.
- Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
- Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Keep cleaning supplies in stock
- Keep the Janitor closet and equipment clean.
Position Ranking: Full Time/Part Time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
