About the Role
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of our visual storytelling. You’ll design impactful digital and print assets that align with our brand pillars—Innovative, Designer Style, and Impactful—and speak directly to the Pro Lash Girl. Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams, you’ll bring our mission to life through thoughtful, strategic design that is as bold as it is beautiful.
What You’ll Do
- ● Design Stunning Visuals: Create compelling graphics for digital campaigns, social media, emails, and prolash.com.
- ● Drive Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with Pro Lash’s visual identity, staying true to our values of Excellence Always and Make It Simple.
- ● Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Creative Director, Social Media Manager, and other team members to develop assets that amplify our message.
- ● Support Campaigns: Contribute to the execution of larger brand initiatives, creating designs that inspire and drive engagement.
- ● Elevate the Experience: Innovate with new tools and techniques, constantly improving your craft to deliver impactful, on-brand work.
- What We’re Looking For
- At Pro Lash, we hire for heart and skill. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who not only has technical expertise but also aligns with our values and mission to empower women and create beauty on their terms.
- ● 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing versatile, innovative, and impactful work.
- ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- ● A deep understanding of brand storytelling and visual consistency. We are not just
- looking for a graphic designer, we are looking for a marketer.
- ● Packaging design experience. You’ve created high level packaging for brands.
- ● A collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused
- environment.
- ● A passion for simplicity, innovation, and creating designs that resonate with a modern
- audience.
