Pro League Network (PLN) is reinventing sports for the next generation of fans, fast, fun, creator-forward leagues designed for how people watch today. From viral leagues like SlapFIGHT and CarJistu (yes, Jiu Jitsu in a car) to authentic streetball through Str33t, PLN builds sports entertainment that blends competition, culture, and chaos. With a focus on emerging athletes, bold storytelling, and social-first content, PLN is where new sports are born, shared, and celebrated.
You’ll be the engine behind PLN’s social presence creating, editing, posting, and engaging across platforms. This is a hybrid role for someone who can make great content and build a great community.

- Create, capture, and edit high-impact video still content for TikTok, IG, Shorts, X, and more
- Develop and manage PLN’s daily content calendar and publishing flow
- Be on-site at live events and shoots to film and produce social-first content
- Edit fast, publish faster and make content that stops people from scrolling
- Run point on real-time engagement across all platforms
- Build conversations, reply to fans, elevate athletes and creators
- Turn audience insights into content, ideas, or feedback loops
- Help grow PLN’s voice into a living, breathing part of the sports world
- Work with internal teams, athletes, and creators to capture and distribute content
- Assist with coordinating creator campaigns, interviews, and behind-the-scenes assets
- Contribute to platform reporting — what’s working, what’s next, what’s worth iterating
- 3–5 years experience managing social content for a brand, creator, or sports org
- Expert in short-form video and still content editing (CapCut, Premiere, Photoshop, etc.)
- Fluent in TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, and platform-native trends
- Strong understanding of the ever changing digital space.
- Ability to become the PLN’s voice, community replies, and commentary are second nature
- Comfortable behind a camera, in front of athletes, and in the chaos of a live shoot
- NYC-based and excited to work from our Flatiron office, as well as flexible to travel to where the action is.
- Able to travel for shoots as needed, as well as visit our Branson, MO studios at least once per month
- Be part of shaping a new generation of sports entertainment
