Job Summary:
As a Cashier/Customer Service Associate at our Internet Service Provider, you'll be the frontline ambassador for our company, handling transactions while delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer payments (cash, credit, debit, and online transactions) accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and service updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- A positive attitude, with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for handling transactions.
