Location: Portland, OR
Pay Range: $44.67 - $69.35 per hour (Based on experience)

Available Shifts
Part-Time
- Monday-Tuesday from 6:30 PM – 7 AM & Wednesday-Friday from 6:30 PM – 7 AM, followed by 7 days off (Night Shift)
- Wednesday-Friday from 6:30 PM – 7 AM & Monday-Tuesday from 6:30 PM – 7 AM, followed by 7 days off (Night Shift)
- Saturday-Sunday from 6:30 PM – 7 AM (Night Shift)
Position Overview
The MRI Technologist performs advanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures based on physician orders, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety. This role requires expertise in imaging techniques, patient positioning, and specialized scanning protocols to deliver high-quality diagnostic images.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans following physician orders and department protocols
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during procedures
- Adjust imaging parameters based on patient needs and clinical indications
- Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to provide accurate diagnostic imaging
- Maintain and operate sophisticated MRI equipment
Qualifications
- Education required to meet certification and licensing standards
- Licensing Requirements (Upon Hire):
- Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist License or
- Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist Temporary License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association
- Certification Requirements (Within 6 Months of Hire):
- ARRT (MRI) Certification or
- ARMRIT Certification (American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists)
- New graduates must have an OBMI temporary license and obtain a permanent license within six months of hire
