Job Details

• Working in shop as diagnostician
• Working on vehicles, assisting techs and some managerial duties required
• Diagnostics experience required
• Leadership experience required
• EV experience great
• ASE preferred
• BMW, Volkswagen, Audi experience key
• Sit on leadership team and provide shop feedback
• Manage employee productivity and outcomes
• Formal oversight of 3-6 technicians
• Manage shop productivity
• Set goals and monitor progress
• Must be an organized, motivated leader
• Looking for an individual who is outgoing, well spoken, flexible, adaptable, driven, ability to slow down and educate and wanting to help others
• Open to both dealership and independent experience but must have some independent experience
