24 / Hourly 1% of Gross Profit

Multi-Cultural High End European and Asian Import Automotive Shop in Modesto, CA seeking an Automotive Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will own the shop's customer experience. You will be the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, technician workflow, and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners at the front desk to explaining our repair process, our Service Advisors are personable and professional individuals who enjoy helping others. We prefer individuals who have experience in the automotive industry but would accept previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry, or hospitality.
What we need :
- 5 years Customer Service Required
- Organized and friendly personality
- Computer, typing and email etiquette is required
- Some Mechanical experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to multitask
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Committed to quality
- Ability to estimate
- Passion for Service
- Valid Driver's License
