Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees to execute landscape installations according to design specifications and work orders.
- Collaborate effectively with the Landscape Manager/Project Manager to ensure project success.
- Operate and maintain vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure a safe and clean job site at all times.
- Train and develop crew members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to meet project deadlines.
- Adapt to various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Lawn, Drain Tile, Softscape, and Hardscape Installation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold team members accountable.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Desire to learn and grow within the company.
Compensation
$22-30.00 per hour

- Personal Time Off: 16 hours paid after 90 days.
- Vacation: 40 hours paid after 1 year.
