Pallet Repairer

Objective:

We are seeking a dedicated Pallet Repairer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing customer pallets to meet production and quality standards by reworking damaged or returned products.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive training.
• Use provided tools to remove broken parts and replace them with quality recycled or new parts. Must be proficient with a rip hammer and pneumatic nail gun, following all safety protocols.
• Adhere to all safety rules, including lockout/tagout procedures. Ensure all protruding nails on the exterior of pallets are removed or repaired.
• Accurately maintain records of pallets repaired during each shift.
• Perform various tasks such as sorting, stacking, and cleaning as required.
• Comply with OSHA safety standards.
• Demonstrate regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use a pneumatic nail gun.
• Strong cooperation and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to meet fast-paced productivity goals and work effectively in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial to meet our weekly goals and serve our customers effectively.
• Ability to stand for entirety of shift.

2nd Shift:

• 4pm-12:30am Monday through Thursday
• 3pm-10:30pm Fridays
