Sales Associate Responsibilities – Pro-Play Games
As a Sales Associate at Pro-Play Games, you play a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers. Your primary responsibilities include:
Customer Service & Sales
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all guests.
- Assist customers with product selection, ensuring they find the right items for their needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Upsell and promote store products, events, and membership programs.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and proactively.
Store Operations
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, counters, and play areas.
- Restock and organize merchandise as needed, ensuring inventory is properly displayed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and cash-handling protocols.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Event Support
- Provide support for in-store events, tournaments, and gaming sessions.
- Assist with event setup, check-ins, and general player engagement.
Physical Requirements
- This role requires standing for the majority of the shift, with occasional bending, lifting, and moving of inventory.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs when handling store merchandise.

Job Type: Part-time
