**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Vacation Home Cleaning Inspector and Laundry Service professional to ensure our vacation properties maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role involves inspecting properties post-cleaning, managing laundry services, and coordinating with cleaning staff to enhance guest experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Cleaning Inspection:**
- Conduct thorough inspections of all vacation homes after cleaning to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Verify that all areas of the property are clean, organized, and well-maintained prior to guest arrival.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property management team.
2. **Laundry Services:**
- Manage the laundry process for linens, towels, and other essential items used in the properties.
- Ensure laundry is washed, dried, folded, and stored properly, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Keep accurate inventory of all linens and supplies, and reorder as necessary.
3. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with cleaning staff to provide feedback and training on best practices and cleaning protocols.
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and communicate effectively with other team members.
- Assist with onboarding new cleaning personnel by providing guidance on inspection standards and procedures.
4. **Guest Readiness:**
- Ensure all properties are guest-ready with appropriate amenities and supplies stocked prior to check-in.
- Respond promptly to any cleaning-related requests from guests or property managers.
5. **Documentation:**
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, cleaning checklists, and inventory counts.
- Complete reports on property conditions, including photos and notes on any discrepancies found during inspections.
6. **Health and Safety Compliance:**
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, particularly regarding cleaning products and processes.
- Implement and maintain sanitation protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in cleaning, inspection, or hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (e.g., laundry baskets, cleaning supplies).
- Ability to stand, bend, and move about the property for extended periods.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
