Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and new business initiatives to accomplish the company’s sales ambitions.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key personnel at potential and existing customers, and act as the main Sales point of contact.
- Create sales quotations that meet customers’ requirements.
- Forecast, track, and report key metrics (e.g. quarterly forecasts and quarterly sales results).
- Perform research, generate leads, follow up on incoming leads, and maintain a pipeline of potential new customers and new market opportunities.
- Organize and chair Business Review Meetings with existing customers and Introduction Meetings with new customers.
- Maintain close communication with internal teams and leverage capabilities to provide customers with a customer-centric experience.
- Clearly communicate customer requirements to internal stakeholders and suggest actions to improve sales performance.
