- Conduct a Visual Sorting Inspection for Packaging Damage of 840 boxes across 6 pallets (external packaging only). The inspector must:
- Verify quantity of packages per packing list
- Visually assess external box condition (dents, scratches, odor, etc.)
- Follow and document specific procedures
- Take clear photographs of findings
- Complete and collect signatures on the Product Summary Report and Integrity Report
- Ensure no handling or repacking is done by warehouse staff before inspection
- 2 years in quality inspection or related warehouse inspection roles
- Understanding of ISO 9001 (preferred), Familiar with QMS principles and standards
- General QA/QC or warehouse safety certification is a plus
- Experience with visual inspections and product sorting
- Familiarity with warehouse protocols and packaging standards a plus.
- Contract Type: 1099 contract (Part Time)
- CURRENT OPPORTUNITY is Short-term inspection engagement-1 day (7 hrs. inspection 1 hr. reporting). Project duration varies from client to client in a 1099 contractual project
- Shift Hours: Standard day shift estimated 8 hours total (including 1 her reporting) Shift hours vary from client to client in a 1099 contractual project
