What are the responsibilities and job description for the API 510 Quality Inspector @ La Crosse, WI (1099 Contractor) position at Pro QC International?
Job Responsibilities:
Project Duration: in a 1099 Contract, Project duration varies. However, right now the Project needs - short term (specifications not shared by client)
Shift Hours: May vary with a maximum of 8 hrs. on site during regular business hours (Mon-Fri)
Ability to commute to La Crosse, Wisconsin WI 54602, USA. (and other WI areas after current Project completion in future)
- Conduct visual inspections of aluminum heat exchangers following API 510 standards. Compile and submit detailed inspection reports. Adhere to all safety and quality protocols at the site. Collaborate with client representatives to ensure inspection requirements are met.
- Experience in the energy or manufacturing industry, specifically with heat exchanger equipment.
- API 510 Certification required.
- Strong knowledge of visual inspection techniques for aluminum heat exchangers.
- Minimum 5 years in API 510 inspections, specifically with visual inspections of aluminum heat exchangers.
