This role is structured as a full-time, salaried position with 9-5 Monday - Friday hours with occasional needs on the weekends. While the workload typically averages 25-30 hours per week, the hours may fluctuate based on business needs, including up to 40 hours in peak times.

A Day in the Life

No two days are the same in this dynamic role, but you can expect to be hands-on and involved in every aspect of the business. With 20% of the role in the field, one moment, you might be previewing properties on behalf of your agent or ensuring a listing is market-ready. The next, you're preparing for broker tours, open houses, and showings-making sure every detail is covered.

Behind the scenes, you're the organizational powerhouse keeping everything on track. From managing Jill's calendar and inbox to coordinating vendors, overseeing inspections, and keeping marketing deadlines in check, you ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

You'll also play a key role in client care and relationship management , handling everything from organizing thoughtful client gifts and planning events to implementing a new CRM and ensuring seamless communication.

When it comes to project management , you'll oversee property renovations and pre-listing preparations, attend inspections, assist with listing coordination, input properties into the MLS, and make sure every home is presented at its best. With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach, you keep the marketing calendar running smoothly and always stay ahead of deadlines.

In short, you're the steady hand behind the scenes- keeping the business moving, the clients happy, and Jill focused on what she does best.

How To Qualify

  • Experience : 2 years supporting real estate professionals in a similar capacity with longevity in your roles
  • License : An active real CA estate license is required.
  • Skills : You are tech-savvy and proficient in MLS, CRM tools, excel, Google Workspace, and project management software.
  • Attributes : Extreme attention to detail, outstanding communication, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

  • Salary : $75,000- $ 85,000 with an opportunity for a bonus
