We are searching for a qualified and ambitious individual who will ensure equipment meets our quality standards of cleanliness, is punctual, observes all safety measures, and has exceptional attention to detail.
As a Field Service Technician (FST), you will be responsible for repairing all rental equipment located at various job sites, in addition to your typical duties as a shop technician. The FST is also tasked with maintaining the Operation and Fleet Logs (OFLs) for long-term rentals and coordinating with the rental counters for equipment replacement. At all times, it is essential to maintain a positive attitude and deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

KEY WORK:
- Perform assigned internal and field service and repairs
- Maintain service vehicle tools & parts to required standards
- Stocking and maintenance of service trucks
- Maintaining accurate and complete records of all work performed
- Coordinating future service needs of equipment with Central Hub Supervisor
- Conduct safety inspections on field equipment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical repair knowledge of a wide range of equipment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- Driving record violation-free for previous three years
- Able to lift 75 lbs. or more, several times per day.
