What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Leasing Agent position at Pro Residential?

URGENTLY SEARCHING FOR LEASING AGENTS WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE!

Requirements :

MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH
We are looking for with or without Experience we will train the right candidate.
Basic understanding of MS Office
Good customer services skills

Responsibilities :

Present apartment to prospective clients in a persuasive manner

Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques

Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations

Validate application information and references

Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements

Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
