Position Objective :
As an Account Manager at Wirco Incorporated, you will be responsible for preparing accurate sales quotations for both new and existing heat-resistant / stainless steel alloy products. Your primary focus will be on gathering and reviewing critical information from customers, sales representatives, and production teams to ensure precise cost estimation and quoting for projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with customers, sales reps, and production staff to gather and assess information required for the creation of new designs and reverse-engineered products.
- Accurately prepare and provide detailed sales quotations based on the gathered data.
- Ensure clear communication with both internal teams and customers throughout the quoting process to clarify requirements, specifications, and pricing.
- Utilize the Visual Manufacturing ERP system to input and manage quotation details, tracking the progress of each request.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for new product developments or design improvements for existing products based on customer feedback and requirements.
