Pro Resources is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician for a client in Selma, IN. The Maintenance Technician would be responsible to provide support on mechanical maintenance of equipment. This person would also maintain all plant equipment and systems at our Winchester, Indiana location with the assistance of another Maintenance Technician. Apply Today!
Shift and Compensation
1st Shift (Some OT and Saturdays as Needed)
Pay is up to $25 per hour
Job Duties
Test faulty equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
Inspect components of industrial equipment for accurate assembly and installation and for defects such as loose connections and frayed wires.
Install repaired equipment in various settings.
Converse with equipment operators to detect equipment problems and to determine what the root cause of the issue is.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, such as greasing, cleaning, and repairing equipment, to detect and prevent problems.
Set up and test industrial equipment to ensure that it functions properly.
Repair and adjust equipment, machines, and defective components, replacing worn parts.
Maintain equipment logs that record performance problems, repairs, calibrations, and tests.

Electrical and Welding Experience preferred
