Day shift 6 am to 6pm
Monday -Friday
Quality – Rate of pay : $1 6 - $17.50 / hour
Bolt Manufacturing Company is looking for a quality control candidate with knowledge of a manufacturing environment. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and will be able to mediate / interface with clients, engineering and manufacturing departments.
Position overview :
Assists Plant Manager in various roles including :
- Cost management of poor quality
- Providing customers with necessary certifications and data
- ISO Certification including 3rd party audit involvement
- Providing Internal audit data
- Sorting parts establishment and follow up.
- Monitoring Customer and internal concerns
- Supplier Controls and Development
- Quality and Lean Interfaces
- Problem Solving
- Knowledge of tools such as : calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, comparators
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control
