Position : Router Operator

Hours :   Monday   –   Friday   (Possible OT on Saturday, Never Sunday)

Winter Hours 7am   –   3 : 30pm   (Labor Day   –   Memorial   Day)

Summer Hours 6am   –   2 : 30pm   (Memorial Day   –   Labor   Day)

Pay : $17.00 / hour

Pro Resources has teamed up with   a growing company based   in Walkerton, IN   that offers its employees   Base Pay,   Attendance & Performance   Bonuses, &   full-time  employment.       A leading manufacturer of   agriculture doors, they are currently hiring for the role of   door assemblers. With   attendance / performance BONUS weekly .

Requirements

  • High caliber individual with 2 years of manufacturing / router experience
  • 17.00 / hour incentive
  • Required – Tape Measure Test – Must be able to accurately read a tape measure
  • Read, write, speak English
  • Duties and Responsibilities

Run computer driven CNC router and manual router, drill press and other hand tools

  • Make template change overs and adjustments
  • Read and understand route slips, pull the correct product
  • Use of measurement tools to ensure accuracy
  • Build door frames to production standards
  • Physical demands / Environmental Factors

    • Excellent Hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity and strength

  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch frequently
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs frequently
  • Ability to work in manufacturing environment with temperatures 50-110 degrees depending on the season

    • Essential Job Functions :

  • Heavy Lifting
  • Use of a Screw Gun
  • Use of a Pallet Jack
  • Use of a Stapler
  • Install Windows

    • Must be able to meet established   efficiencies.

  • Air and Electric Drill

    • Critical Skills / Expertise :

  • Ability to run a screw gun
  • Pallet Jack
