What are the responsibilities and job description for the Saw Operator position at Pro Resources Staffing Services?
Pro Resources has partnered with a local cylinder manufacturer in Ashley, IN. Together we are seeking motivated employees for our production department as a saw operator.
The saw is programmable and cuts steel bars and tubes to length. We are looking for hardworking professionals who enjoy meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. This company is growing and offers an environment where motivated associates can grow with the company and expand their current skill sets.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Shipping and receiving, forklift, overhead crane and enjoy a fast-paced production environment and the drive to be cross trained in all areas and lines of the organization.
Candidates are eligible to be hired in after completing 90 days provided, they have excellent attendance, performance, and attitude.
Once direct hired, employees are eligible to receive excellent benefits and a pay increase dependent on performance.
Shift and Compensation
- 2nd shift 3pm- 11pm
- 18.05 an hour
- Candidates must be willing to train on day shift for a few weeks in the shipping department to get familiarized with parts / processes
