Title : Team Leader
Day shift-7 : 00am-3 : 30 Winter hours, 6 : 00am to 2 : 30 Summer Hours
Pay : $ 18 .00 / hour
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Production Team Leader to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in production supervision, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead a team of production workers to ensure daily production targets are met or exceeded.
- Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure smooth production flow.
- Enforce safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

Requirements :
- Previous experience in a production leadership role, with demonstrated success in supervising and motivating teams to achieve production targets.
