This program is designed to help aspiring sales professionals develop real-world skills while working under the guidance of experienced mentors. As a Sales Intern, you’ll join our team as a Field Canvasser , gaining firsthand experience in the sales process while contributing directly to our company’s success. You’ll learn how to identify potential clients, engage in meaningful conversations, schedule appointments, and even close deals—all in a supportive, supervised environment. Key Responsibilities : Conduct door-to-door canvassing to identify potential clients in assigned neighborhoods. Engage with homeowners to introduce Pro-Resto’s services and schedule consultations. Assist in providing roofing estimates and presenting service options to clients under the supervision of trained sales professionals. Overcome objections and build rapport with prospective clients. Shadow and support experienced sales team members in client meetings and deal negotiations. Track progress and goals while receiving constructive feedback to improve your skills.
