Organizational Skills : The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay on top of deadlines is key.
Problem-Solving Skills : The ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the claims and construction process is important.
Customer Service Skills : The ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients is essential.
Knowledge of Insurance Claims : Familiarity with the insurance claims process is a plus.
Construction Industry Experience : Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required.
Additional Requirements
Valid Driver's License : A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for site visits and inspections.
Compensation and Benefits :
1099 position with uncapped commission.

Communication with Property Owners :
Building and maintaining relationships with property owners.
Communicating the claim process clearly and concisely.
Setting proper expectations with property owners regarding the claims process and timeline.
Inspection Coordination :
Scheduling and coordinating property inspections.
Liaising between property owners and inspectors.
Claim Initiation and Documentation :
Initiating insurance claims on behalf of property owners.
Preparing and executing agreement and contract documents.
Submitting all necessary job paperwork accurately and on time.
Adjuster Meeting Coordination :
Scheduling and coordinating meetings between property owners and insurance adjusters.
Property Documentation :
Taking comprehensive photos of all property elevations.
Job Check Collection :
Collecting payment for completed jobs.
Material and Color Selection :
Assisting property owners in selecting appropriate materials and colors for their projects.
Production and Handoff Coordination :
Coordinating with production teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
Overseeing the handoff of completed projects to property owners.
Job Closure :
Ensuring all aspects of the job are completed to the satisfaction of the property owner.
Finalizing all paperwork and closing out the job.
