We are a professional RV Repair business with multiple locations in Oregon and Washington. Come join a great team and fun working environment at our Prineville, OR location. We service and repair RV's and are looking for a Top Professional Service Writer who is capable of growing into a Service Manager role over time.
This person is responsible for scheduling customers for repair work. Onboarding customers when they drop off (getting all pertinent information on repairs needed, etc). taking an abundance of phone calls. Diagnosing repair issues over the phone. Following up with customers and keeping them updated on repair process. As well as a bunch of other stuff requiring very strong organizational skills.
You are a self starter who is always curious about solutions and never gives up until you find the solution. You have a bias for action and you make things happen. You need little direction and do whatever it takes to be successful. You are very organized and keep notes on everything. You calendar everything and nothing ever falls through the cracks.
