What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Service Assistant (Sanford) position at Pro Search, Inc.?
Local Sanford medical group is looking for a temporary (potential temp to hire) Patient Services Assistant to join their busy specialty group. This position entails
answering phones, greeting patients, chart prep, calling patients with appointment times/rescheduling.
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have exceptional customer service skills with both internal and external customers, basic computer skills and an aptitude to learn various processes and software programs.
Medical terminology knowledge/exposure is preferred, but not required to excel in this role.
Onsite in Sanford, M-F, 8am-4:30pm.
Pay range based on experience: $20-22/hr
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
