What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Immigration & Mobility Support position at Pro Search?
One of our favorite clients, based in Portland, is looking for an Immigration and Mobility Specialist for a 6 month contract role.
Support the Immigration Program by collaborating with HR, legal teams, managers, and external immigration counsel to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Assist in case management, visa processing, and permanent residency filings while maintaining accurate documentation and communication. Participate in status calls, respond to immigration inquiries, and ensure timely completion of paperwork.
Requires 3 years of employment-based immigration experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with immigration law.
Experience with Google Suite & Workday is a plus.
This individual can work remotely, but must be located 2-3 hours from Portland to attend occassional meetings in office.
