What You’ll Do
- Translate product vision and UX prototypes into actionable features, epics, and stories.
- Refine, prioritize, and approve features for sprint and release planning.
- Represent customer needs to ensure product development delivers tangible value.
- Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders across multiple business units to inform product decisions.
- Leverage data insights (sales, market research, web analytics) to drive product strategy.
- Collaborate across teams, including technology, data, program management, and operations.
- Five or more years of experience as an Agile Product Owner with a proven track record of delivering value.
- Strong ability to bridge the gap between product vision and execution.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating feedback into clear priorities.
- Comfort working with data-driven decision-making, including analytics and research insights.
- Experience with end-customer-facing products like subscription platforms, LMS, eCommerce, or apps.
- Familiarity with account management systems and digital experiences.
