Operations Assistant
Full-Time | Temp to Hire Opportunity
Join our client’s team as an Operations Assistant! This role supports the firm’s daily operations, combining administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and other essential duties. We’re looking for a motivated individual ready to grow and contribute to the team’s success.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping Support
- Assist with general bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reports.
- Process vendor invoices, credit card transactions, and bank deposits.
- Support billing revisions and serve as backup during bookkeeper absences.
- Help track event deadlines and coordinate meetings and events.
- Manage promotional items, business cards, and holiday gift programs.
- Provide reception desk coverage and assist with scheduling coverage.
- 1 year of administrative operations experience and strong math skills.
- Strong communication and proofreading abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable using office equipment like computers and copiers.
