Join us as a Senior AI / ML Engineering Lead, where you will take charge of designing and implementing our cloud-native AI / ML framework and infrastructure. This will encompass both Generative AI and traditional AI / ML technologies and applications. You will manage the end-to-end AI / ML model production lifecycle—covering development, deployment, monitoring, and refresh of AI models—alongside overseeing our Data Lakehouse and associated systems and tools.

Key Contributions :
- Drive the development of technology and platforms that cater to our company's AI / ML requirements, ensuring functionality, reliability, and performance.
- Play a pivotal role in the design, architecture, and implementation of our AI / ML infrastructure.
- Contribute to the design and development of our AI orchestration framework and vector database integration with embedding algorithms.
- Proactively seek innovative technical solutions to elevate our services within the risk domain.
- Work closely with senior engineers across the organization to understand business needs and collaboratively devise technical solutions.
- Engage with information security teams to uphold data security and privacy, implementing necessary encryption and access controls.
- Collaborate with solutions architects and product teams on the integration of AI / ML platforms, ensuring reliable execution.
- Assess new technologies and services to enhance our AI / ML strategy.
- Regularly report on development status, quality, operations, and system performance to management and partners.
