Our client is seeking an experienced Application Security Program Manager to lead critical cybersecurity initiatives focused on securing enterprise systems and applications. This leadership role will drive secure software development, policy implementation, and risk management to strengthen overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage application security programs to protect critical systems.
• Implement and oversee secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance application security frameworks.
• Support strategic planning, incident response, and security policy development.
• Establish security goals, policies, and best practices for application protection.
• Facilitate communication across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams on security initiatives.

What You Bring

• 8-10 years of experience in application security leadership and program management.
• Strong expertise in secure software development, cybersecurity frameworks, and risk assessment.
• Experience managing and maturing security programs across enterprise applications.
• Ability to analyze security risks and develop strategic solutions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale cybersecurity initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in secure coding, penetration testing, and application security tools.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
