What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Care Specialist position at Pro-Serv?
Floor Care Technician at Pro-Serv Commercial Cleaning
Shift : Monday / Friday 5pm-1 : 30am
Hourly Rate : 22.00 - 24.00 hourly
Location : North East Phoenix - By the 101 Hwy and 56th St.
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be :
Cleaning
Dust mopping, wet mopping
Auto scrubbing, propane buffing, stripping / waxing refinishing
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners
Dusting
Polishing
Sanitizing and Disinfecting
Emptying wastebaskets and recyclables and transporting to disposal area.
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners.
Some floors may require scrubbing, waxing and polishing.
Stocking and Replenishes Supplies
Requires following safety policies and procedures at all times
such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).
Requirements :
Must have Floor Tech experience.
Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must have OPEN availability, meaning that you are available to work (Including weekends and Holidays)
- Must have a Valid Drivers License with a good driving record
- Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check
Must have excellent attendance.
Must be able to start training immediately.
Must be able to follow directions.
Must be prompt and met deadlines as assigned.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written instructions in English.
