About the Role
We are looking for a Associate Product Manager to join Pro Shop’s growing Product team. This role is perfect for someone early-to-mid in their product career, who wants to work at the intersection of content, commerce, and community. You will own the maintenance and iteration of our existing tech stack while also contributing to new product development, particularly around our evolving marketplace and commerce experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage & maintain Pro Shop’s existing digital products, including our legacy tech stack and content properties
- Support the launch & iteration of content and commerce integrations for Pro Shop’s portfolio of companies
- Work closely with engineers to manage sprints, resolve bugs, and implement new features
- Refine & optimize product processes, balancing long-term vision with short-term execution
- Analyze product performance data to identify improvements, user friction points, and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, commerce, and media teams to ensure seamless integration
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, ideally with exposure to eCommerce, media, or marketplace models
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills – able to work and communicate effectively with engineers, designers, business teams, and teammates of all levels of technical literacy
- Experience with managing technical maintenance and iteration of existing products
- Familiarity with Shopify, headless content management systems (CMS), and basic analytics tools is a plus
- Passion for golf, culture, and commerce is a major bonus!
