ProsourceIT is currently seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer Lead to join a high-impact project with a global client. This is a long-term consulting opportunity with strong potential for a permanent role.
The ideal candidate will bring 6 years of experience in BI development, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and provide technical support to a team of 2–3 developers located in LATAM.
- Serve as the senior Power BI developer with a strong emphasis on data modeling, code validation, and technical execution.
- Actively participate in project oversight while remaining hands-on in development activities.
- Contribute to the future development of a Data Warehouse infrastructure.
- Ensure proper technical documentation is maintained throughout project phases.
Required Qualifications:
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI.
- Strong experience with SQL for data querying and transformation.
- Familiarity with Databricks or other modern, cloud-based data solutions is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in data modeling and analytical design.
- Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
