Business Systems Analyst

$80,000 -85,000 base salary 5-10% yearly bonus
This Tech Analyst needs to be a Business Systems Analyst type with NetSuite or similar ERP experience that came from and has application support experience. They will be doing NetSuite configuration and administration, workflow customization, and integration with three other systems; myBasePay, UKG, and a proprietary back-office system. This person will be interfacing with internal customers only, they will be gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements, etc.
Position Summary:
The Tech Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing technology solutions and processes within MyBasePay. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Evaluation: Assess and evaluate current technology systems and processes to identify areas for improvement based on research of new technological solutions that align with business needs.
- Process Mapping: Document workflows and create process maps to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data related to system performance, user engagement, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track organizational key performance indicators.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to internal users, resolving issues related to software and systems.
- Testing: Assist in the implementation and testing of new technology solutions and upgrades.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for employees on new technologies and processes.
- Maintain User Manuals: Create and maintain user manuals, training materials, and documentation for technology systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience as a user and administrator of Jira/Confluence; NetSuite; UKG Ready
- 3 years of experience in technology analysis, IT support, or related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
