Data Architect and Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Architect and Analyst to join our team. This unique position combines the responsibilities of a Data Architect and a Data Analyst, requiring a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and managing our data architecture as well as delivering PowerBI, AI Data Analysis, and other data solutions. This position will be fast-paced and require a deep understanding of the data from many disparate solutions and building out an Enterprise Data Warehouse with PowerBI dashboarding and reporting solutions for business operators.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data architectures and pipelines to support business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and availability across various systems.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
• Develop and maintain data models, databases, and data integration processes.
• Create and maintain documentation related to data architecture and analysis processes.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure data solutions align with organizational goals.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on data-related projects.
• Build an Enterprise Data Warehouse and PowerBI dashboards and reports for ease of analysis by business operators.
• Stay updated and informed on leading trends and modern technologies.
  
  

Manager Must-Haves

• Solid SQL/PowerBI/AWS ETL, GitHub experience.
• Strong experience with Data Modeling, Data Lake, Data Normalization, Data Optimizing Designs, Data Analysis, and AI.
• Proven experience in Agile development environments, EDW Creation, PowerBI report creation, Advanced Data Analytics.
• Proficiency with SQL, PowerBI, AWS, ETL, and other leading data transformation and warehouse solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with executives and understand the business needs for dashboards and reports.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to receive and use constructive criticism.
• A self-starter who can advocate for the end user/customer.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in healthcare or pharmaceuticals (especially experience with PHI - Protected Health Information and HIPAA compliance).
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications or degrees are a plus.
  
  

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Onsite, 5 days a week with potential for future flexibility).
