We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to provide high-level architectural expertise in IT strategy, system design, and integration. This position requires onsite presence at the Tolls Data Center in Boca Raton, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide architectural guidance to align IT strategy with business goals.
- Develop enterprise-level applications and integration solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain complex software solutions.
- Research and recommend emerging technologies for business improvements.
- Lead hands-on design sessions and create detailed architecture diagrams.
- Define technical specifications and oversee system integrations.
- Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
- Act as a technical advisor, mentor, and change agent within the organization.
- 7-10 years of experience in multiple IT areas.
- 2-3 years of enterprise architecture experience in tolling, intelligent transportation systems, or transit architecture (preferred but not required).
- Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (packages, cursors, triggers, collections).
- Strong background in database design, SQL query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience in database administration (backup/recovery, security, user management).
- Hands-on experience in systems integration, IT strategy, and automation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
