Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual and functional testing of core banking applications, primarily Fiserv DNA.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define the testing roadmap and drive automation initiatives.
- Leverage automation skills to improve testing efficiency, focusing on API and UI testing.
- Utilize C#, .NET, Selenium, and Azure ADO for test repositories and pipelines.
- Support the team in migrating to an Agile environment.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of banking and payment solutions by collaborating with business and development teams.
- Work independently to plan, estimate, and communicate effectively.
- Core Financial Services / Banking Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Fiserv DNA and other core banking applications.
- Understanding of banking and payment industry processes.
- Ability to analyze and optimize workflows to improve efficiency.
- Manual Testing / Functional Expertise
- Strong background in manual and functional testing.
- Experience working with scrum methodologies.
- Ability to transition towards automation while maintaining quality standards.
- Automation Skills
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, Selenium, and Azure ADO.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger.
- Knowledge of test methodologies and automation best practices.
- Mulesoft experience is a plus.
