Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting a large-scale digital and enterprise technology platform transformation. This role requires both manual and basic automation testing experience with a focus on UI and API integration, particularly in eCommerce environments. The ideal candidate is experienced in collaborating across teams, working with test management tools, and ensuring quality at every phase of the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA testing for large-scale enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, JDA)
- Coordinate and schedule testing activities across multiple teams, including offshore resources
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated)
- Ensure end-to-end quality of solutions including defect tracking, validation, and resolution
- Leverage test management tools (e.g., JIRA) and contribute to test documentation
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Implement and support automated testing tools (e.g., TOSCA, Selenium, Playwright)
- Contribute to Agile delivery processes, CI/CD environments, and DevOps practices
- Conduct QA audits and recommend continuous process improvements
- Mentor QA analysts and contribute to team development and efficiency
- Evaluate third-party QA activities and ensure compliance with testing standards
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a QA Analyst or Business Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience in functional manual testing
- UI and API integration testing experience
- Background in B2B/B2C eCommerce platforms
- Familiarity with JIRA and other test management tools
- Basic understanding of automation tools such as TOSCA, Selenium, or Playwright
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Experience collaborating with offshore QA teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field
- SAFe Agile certification
- Experience mentoring and coaching QA team members
- Familiarity with regression and performance testing
- Experience evaluating and enhancing QA processes
- Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
- Experience working with and managing third-party QA vendors
- Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (ABAP, Java, C#, Python, etc.)
