About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Solution Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. This role is crucial to ensuring that platform solutions align with business needs, and focuses on system configuration, documentation, and process improvement—not coding.
You’ll be a key player in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving clarity, and ensuring successful outcomes from ideation to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure platforms and systems to meet business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements (BRDs, functional specs).
- Identify and recommend opportunities to automate and improve business processes.
- Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly language—and vice versa.
- Support testing phases, create test plans, and work closely with stakeholders.
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business functions for system enhancements.
- Collaborate with developers to support conversion of functional to technical specs.
- Manage project documentation, training materials, and status reports.
- Lead conversations around data types, system integration, and process definition.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years in a Solution Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst role.
- Strong experience in:
- Solution Analysis
- Data Management or Business Intelligence
- Documenting data flows and system interactions
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Proven track record in Agile environments.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically.
- High-level organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Confident presenting ideas and driving change across teams.
- Familiar with systems like SQL, Visual Studio, APIs, and Agile tools (e.g., Jira).???????
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a related field.
- Experience in legacy-to-modern system migrations.
- Familiarity with SAP, CPG industry, or related enterprise platforms.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.
Location: Miramar, FL (Hybrid – 12 days/month onsite)
