Job Summary
We are seeking a creative person to assist with marketing strategies and implementation directed towards medical office procedures and real estate listings.
We will need creative print content, direction of our social media pages, direct marketing, website content, uploading advertisements online, google ad management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to engage target audiences.
- Should be proficient with a Camera / Video - not an expert but able to capture quality photos and videos.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics for digital and print advertising.
- Work with our web-team to manage and update the company website , ensuring content is fresh and optimized for user experience.
- Foster collaboration with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
- Assist in the planning and execution of print advertising campaigns to reach broader audiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong understanding of best practices.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design-related tasks.
- Strong budgeting skills related to marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with product management processes is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML for email design and website updates is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess campaign performance effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales teams and other departments.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
