Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in San Jose, CA. The Salesperson will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing suitable product solutions. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls, preparing and presenting quotes, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolving any client issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in the fastener or hardware industry is a plus
- High level of self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
