What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Relationship Strategist position at Pro Standard?
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end account management including order acquisition through delivery, PRO Standard profitability with key accounts, and management of all credit claims, customer compliance issues, returns, etc.
- Optimize PRO Standard product sales by achieving or exceeding sales goals with assigned account base.
- Lead sell-in and sell-through for assigned account base in collaboration with marketing and merchandising counterparts.
- Provide marketplace and trend insights to brand and leadership team.
- Maintain consistent frequency of in-store visitation to ensure execution of brand presence, activations, and visual roll outs – driving turn and door volume.
- Prepare weekly and seasonal sales analysis to be shared with cross-functional partners.
- Communicate efficiently and effectively across all levels of management.
