About Us:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support Entrepreneur & Family running a Family Business. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing comprehensive support in various aspects of home and personal life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain records and organize documents.
- Household Management:
- Coordinate household maintenance.
- Oversee household inventory, including groceries and supplies.
- Assist with event planning and execution for personal and social events.
- Personal Support:
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other tasks.
- Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
- Provide assistance with personal tasks and projects as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks as required.
- Assist with pet care
- Provide occasional childcare support including transportation to and from events.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of integrity and reliability.
- Experience in household management.
- Comfortable with technology and smart home devices.
- Pet and/or childcare experience.
